Notes for EJU taker: Please be careful that the application period for this exam is well before the actual exam date. Application period / February 10 and end on March 6,2025. Examination date / June 15,2025. |

STEP 2 |

Upload the application documents related to your educational background. Those who missed this screening cannot proceed with the application. |
STEP 3 |
♦ Application ♦ Only those who are deemed eligible at the STEP2. | |
September 1 September 8 |
Those whose eligibility is confirmed must pay the application fee and upload the rest of application documents to complete the application. |

Early October | Results of the first screening will be announced. An examination voucher indicating the Examinee’s Registration Number and information on the second screening (date and venue for the interview) will be notified to those who have passed the first screening. | |

* Applicants who reside in the countries where the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) is offered are strongly recommended to take it in June 2025 as a National Standardized Test.
* If the applicant cannot take the EJU, the scores of the standardized tests below can also be acceptable, in place of EJU. ACT, International Baccalaureate, GCE-A level, CBSE (XII), GaoKao, AP.
* Applicants who wish to submit the scores other than EJU and above listed must contact the admission office at least two weeks before the start of the preliminary eligibility screening.
* Scores of English proficiency test and standardized tests are valid if examination date is later than August 1, 2023.
* During the second screening (interview) stage some mathematics and physics questions will be asked that have a similar difficulty level as questions in the EJU test.
