★ Notice: Revisions to the Application Guidelines

Please be advised that two revisions have been made to the Application Guidelines.

Note: These changes apply to the Formal Application stage only and do not affect the Preliminary Eligibility Screening process or required document preparation.

Summery of Changes

1. Page 4: Simplified Application Fee Payment Process

• For applicants paying online, the application fee can now be paid directly within the Online Application System.

• You no longer need to use the separate "EXSS Payment System" in advance, and you are no longer required to upload a payment certificate. (Note: Applicants paying via bank transfer are still required to upload their payment receipt.)

2. Page 7: Integration of Form C (Financial Plan)

• Form C is no longer required as a separate PDF upload. The Financial Plan has been directly integrated into the Online Application System (up to 300 words).

• Recommendation: We highly encourage you to draft your Financial Plan in a separate document (e.g., Word or Notepad) in advance so you can easily copy and paste your text into the system.
