＊The system will open on August 3, 2026 (Japan Standard Time).
The preliminary screening period runs from August 3 to August 17. Some applicants tend to wait until the final three days to submit. However, we strongly encourage you to submit your application as soon as your documents are ready. Submitting early ensures you will have enough time to re-upload or provide additional documentation if our office finds any issues with your submission.
