You may be required to pay bank charges to your local remitting bank, depending on the arrangements for international money transfer in yen via your banking system. Consult with your bank so as to ensure that the amount to be credited to the Sumitomo Mitsui Bank account detailed below does not fall short of 17,000 Japanese Yen.
Then scan the original receipt of foreign remittance issued by your local remitting bank or other form of evidence of such bank transfer to be uploaded as a PDF or JPEG file.
